REACT Sports Performance programs target the ability of an athlete to effectively execute the necessary physical and mental skills required for their sport. This includes elements such as speed, strength, agility, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and REACTion time. Our sports performance training programs are designed to enhance these attributes through targeted exercises, drills, and techniques tailored to the specific demands of the athlete's sport. The goal of our sports performance training is to improve an athlete's overall physical abilities, optimize their performance, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance their competitive edge.

WHAT IS REACT SPORTS PERFORMANCE?

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SERVICES

  • The athlete will work privately with a certified performance coach at a ratio of 1:1 (athlete:coach).

    Session Length: 60-90 min.

  • The athletes will work in small groups with a certified performance coach(es) at a ratio of 12:1 (athlete:coach).

    *Booked on a first come, first serve basis.

    Session Length: 60-90 min.

  • The athletes will work privately with a certified performance coach(es) at a ratio of 6:1 (athlete:coach).

    This is a great option for those seeking to train with a pre-selected group of athletes (e.g. sports teams)
